In order to perform its duties efficiently and deal with more complex issues, the Supervisory Board has set up three specialist committees in addition to the Mediation Committee in accordance with §27, Para. 3. MitbestG (German Co-determination Act). These are the Human Resources Committee, the Investment Committee and the Audit Committee.
The members of the Supervisory Board are committed to the company's interests and pursue no personal interests which conflict with the company's interests in the exercise of their office.
