Information on Managers’ Transactions according to Art. 19 MAR / § 15 a WpHG (old Version)

According to Article 19 of the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR) members of the management and supervisory body of Villeroy & Boch AG as well as natural and legal person closely associated with them, must give notice to the Villeroy & Boch AG and the Federal Financial Supervisory Office (BaFin) of any transactions with shares of Villeroy & Boch AG or transactions with related financial instruments within a period of three (3) business days.

 

This reporting obligation shall apply insofar as the total amount of these transactions reach the amount of five thousand (5.000,00) Euro to the end of the calendar year.
