Stock dividend
In accordance with our dividend policy, and depending on our company's financial and profit situation and financial requirements at the time, we aim to pay out around 50% of the group's operating result to our shareholders and retain the other half as a reserve for future investments.
The Annual General Meeting of 12 April 2024 followed the recommendation of the Management Board and Supervisory Board and decided on the dividend payout for the 2023 financial year. On April 17, 2024 € 1.05 was paid out for each preference share and € 1.00 for each ordinary share.
