From the first conversation with the customer through to the installation of the products – the new Villeroy & Boch App combines all relevant product information and service functions in one digital tool. This way, the app effectively supports plumbers, showroom staff in retail as well as planners and architects in their daily business. The app not only helps with competent and individualized customer service, but also supports profession-al partners in tapping into further sales potential through targeted product recommenda-tions. The app is available across platforms and can be used on a computer, smartphone or tablet.
All product information is available with just a few clicks: prices, technical data, assem-bly instructions and installation videos are clearly arranged and quickly accessible in one place. A barcode scanner helps with quick product identification on the construction site or in the warehouse.
Beyond that, the app offers a product configurator that creates a photo-realistic visuali-zation of the planned bathroom. The planning results are summarized in a sample folder, which substantially facilitates preparing an offer based on the conversation. Wrong or-ders are a thing of the past. Beside various model and colour combinations, the app sug-gests complementary articles that can be offered to the customer – without the need of searching for them in catalogues or price lists. The delivery capabilities and availability of the products can be viewed directly during the sales conversation.
All this also works without an Internet connection. After the download of the desired data, these can be accessed at any time on the smartphone and the tablet in offline mode.
