What you can look forward to:

•Join one of nine specialist areas: Marketing, Online Marketing, Digital Unit, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain Management/Purchasing, Controlling/Finance, Human Resources or IT

•Different operational and strategic practical assignments in the respective specialist areas so that you get to know all topics and gain an overview of the big picture,

•Your individual development plan through various training courses and mentoring,

•specialist seminars and networking events so that you can connect with stakeholders in the V&B world.

What you bring along:

To ensure that you can make the best possible contribution to our team right from the start, you should bring the following with you:

•You have successfully completed your degree,

•Initial practical experience in the chosen specialization through internships, working student activities or similar,

•Experience abroad through studies or internships as a plus,

•Very good knowledge of English, further language skills are an advantage in the V&B world with regard to the various locations and sales countries,

•the willingness and desire to take on responsibility quickly,

•a doer mentality,

•you can deliver top results both independently and as part of a team.
