Supervisory Board Committees
In order to perform its duties efficiently and deal with more complex issues, the Supervisory Board has set up three specialist committees in addition to the Mediation Committee in accordance with §27, Para. 3. MitbestG (German Co-determination Act). These are the Human Resources Committee, the Investment Committee, the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee.
