What is Coupa?
Coupa is one of the leading cloud platforms for spend management and procurement.
Using the Coupa platform optimises procurement processes and improves the efficiency of supplier relationships.
Cooperation with our suppliers
We will use a standardised and coordinated platform (Coupa Supplier Portal) to collaborate with you and exchange documents. The implementation of this centralised platform will allow us to automate manual processes and increase data transparency. This new way of working will be mutually beneficial and will help improve the overall supply chain process.
What is the Coupa Supplier Portal?
You can use the new Villeroy & Boch supplier portal in Coupa free of charge to intensify your co-operation with us. You can manage and update master data and contact persons stored with us, participate in tenders, view orders, maintain catalogues and much more.
Your advantage: After initial registration, the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) can be used across all your customers. This allows you to manage all your incoming orders, master data and invitations to tender in one system.
Orders
In future, suppliers will be able to receive orders via various channels: Direct Connection, as a notification directly in the Coupa Supplier Portal or by e-mail. These ordering methods are briefly explained in the following document.
Updating company information
With the introduction of Coupa at Villeroy & Boch, we want to digitise the management of supplier master data together with you in the future. To do this, we are using the functionality of the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP). You can log into the CSP using the login information provided.
You can update your supplier master data independently in your supplier profile and in the individual customer profiles. You will find instructions on how to do this below.
Supplier Guide Sourcing
In future, all tenders and auctions will be processed via the Coupa supplier portal. You will receive invitations to events from the e-mail address [email protected]. Please make sure to add this e-mail address to your whitelist.
The e-mail will contain a link that will allow you to access the enquiry.
